Yes it is possible. It is also possible to be hit by lightning three times in the same day. It is also possible that I will be unanimously elected President of the United States in 2008.
A lot of things are possible. Highly unlikely you will ever be a billionaire or even a millionaire. Focus on your reality and try to improve on it a little at a time. You can easily do well for yourself but great wealth is unattainable for most. Pie in the sky can't be eaten.

You don't have to spell to be a billionaire. You DO have to be willing to work hard, exploit other people and resources, do unethical and immoral things, manipulate other people's money and be ruthless. If you can do all that and live with yourself, y'all go right on ahead and do it.
