I prefer soft gel capsules as they dissolve better in the stomach. GNC Sells an excellent vitamin called "Multi Gel" it's very inexpensive and you can purchase it at www.gnc.com
or drugstore.com

its been reported that all vitamins are as good as each other, and told not to go by brand names. ive tried allsorts and now just go by the shop brand and they work just as good as a brand name. centrium is good though, but so is multivitamins in a shop make. hope you find whats best for you.

It really doesn't matter what brand you choose as long as it's a multi-vitamin. You could actually save money and choose a store brand.
