In fashion design course i have to draw picture,models and more,if I can draw a picture with light pen on my laptop itbecome more easy bcoz ican give it more effects and colors.

What you probably want is a tablet PC. They're made chiefly by Toshiba, Gateway, and Lenovo. I'd steer away from the Gateway brand, but either Toshiba or Lenovo would be good. Windows Vista, when installed on a tablet PC, incorporates a drawing program into it, and there are also add-on software components that you can purchase which will extend the functionality of your electronic "sketch pad."
I don't draw for a living, but I sketch out things occasionally, and I absolutely love my tablet PC, mainly because I never lose my notes anymore. Once I scribble them, they're always with me.
