It is a possibility, although we may never know unless Jay-Z says something. He had been in Trinidad in 2000 when he supposedly met Shenelle Scott and this baby was born in Jan. 2002. In addition another man's name is on the birth certificate. The rumors probably ramped up because of the "fight" over the Anna Nicole's Smith baby so people decided to put two and two together and came up with 22.
