Will Nvidia geforce 7300 help my system performance?

I'm not going to play any games, i will just do programming, and a little photoshop....otherwise i will choose intel gma 950 for my laptop....so will the difference between the two video cards be drastic and observable

more processor power will make image and video editing faster a better video card will only slightly help you best is to get a better processor.

You will be OK w/ that integrated graphics but be sure to have 1Gb RAM or greater since the IGP will share the memory.
