I would guess you need to apply to the Railway Maintenance Companies.

Try typing the full text into a web search engine such as Google.

There are a few companies I know of but not quite sure if they have vacancies at the moment but always try, their names are Plant Movement, Ainscough Engineering, another company by the name of Laing O'Rourke, Baldwins. Hope this gives you a few to get on with. good luck
