It's different depending on what type of turtle it is... Likes and dislikes are different for tortoises, aquatic turtles, and semi aquatic turtles. Generally, tortoises are herbivores (veggies only), aquatic turtles are carnivores (meat only), and semi aquatic turtles are omnivores (veggies and meat). For example, you can give fruit to tortoises very rarely, while the semi aquatic turtle can eat fruit very often.

My turtles LOVE eating dried brine shrimp and small live fish. You can also buy little frozen snacks for them at the petstore but it is very expensive.

Turtles love to eat fish and shrimp. On ocassions they eat certain types of plants they like.

Turtles eat ...fruits and vegetables....some meats....but mostly fruits and veggies...all lettuce is good except for iceberg lettuce. They especially like banana slices.
