Try and find a Spiritual person or phsycic!! Good Luck, just for your information, i was once told that if you try to contact spirits you can pull them back from heaven and trap them in a middle world!! Sometimes best not to disturb the dead!!

try meditating for half an hour and raising your vibration to a higher one. have you noticed when you just woke up or just going to sleep, that you feel vibrations going through your body? ok...when meditating, it takes you to that state, and our beloveds are on a higher frequency. so raise your frequency and try to think of the one you lost, focus and sometimes you will hear them talking to you in your mind. its a bit hit and miss, and sometimes frustrating getting the meditation right, but give it a go. the other option is to speak to a medium (they might charge you money and not be genuine though)
