Could be possible that a sammer is an account holder with them (like with other banks, too), but the Bank is for real.
These emails usually imitate the aspect of serious institutions using their logos and forms, trying to convince you that you are in a secured place. Furthermore they show a link apparently pointing to some server of the institution mentioned in the email, but the reality is that the linked server is another totally different.

UAE banker's information is very accurate. Zenith bank is one of the more formidable banks in Nigeria, as well as one of the most efficient.
All domestic banks in Nigeria - and only last week, Zenith Bank Nigeria opened a UK branch - use the Swift payment system for their international transactions. However, I do not think there is anything specifically called a Swift Payment Center in Nigeria.
I would suggest that you provide more details on this question and the nature of the transaction. Otherwise, one cannot really help you as regards the legitimacy of this deal.
