I haven't been on a beach in years. I took my shoes off to go into the water but
not for a walk. Too much bird droppings, and sharp stuff.

Heck yeah!! I love walkin on the beach, but I hate trying to get sand out of anything, especially shoes!! The sand is meant for barefeet! It's like an unwritten law.

No not always because in the winter it is really cold at the beach where I live and the ice that form's along the shoreline would freeze my feet giving me frostbite.

I never go to the beach, but if I did my sandals would be off me feet. Otherwise I just wear my sandals.

These days, I'm too concerned about syringes in the sand and dunes.

Once near the waters edge, I take off my shoes.
