That's just normal shedding. Once the flower is fertilized by insects, the petals (flower) has done its job. Have you collected seeds? You aren't doing anything wrong. Fertilize once a month.

Flowers do drop naturally after they have faded but if you find that young flowers or buds are dropping then it's probably a humidity problem. Frangipani needs high humidity, and if the atmosphere does not provide it then you need to spray the plant with a water mist once a day.

You are watering it too much. If it's in the ground don't water at all let the natural rainfall water it ie is if you have a regular rain pattern. If it' in a pot water only every 3 weeks unless it rains.
It is natural for the flowers to fall off but not all in one go.
