Maybe... but you'd have my respect.

Blair. Prescott could chop up the stocks, chase after me, then go back to the scene, %. up the tomatoes, integrate them with the favored egg, and make a respectable omelette. Mr Prescott has were given guts, means and presence - unfavorable boy made solid - and he's truthful about it. Blair took a Socialist social gathering and inverted it. As an ex-member of the labour social gathering, i could vote Prescott for chief any time.

The purpose of your assault and battery would not change the nature of your assault and battery in the eyes of the law.
With the mass giveaway of our civil rights in the name of 'anti-terrorism' everyone who protests is now a terrorist.
For a first offence, you would probably get off with a suspended sentence or some community service. The same as if you were witnessed by police throwing a projectile at anyone else. But you would also be noted down on certain databases for future reference and considered in future unrelated investigations.

You would definitely be charged with assault. Even though you don't agree with this mans politics, this does not give you the right to take any physical action against him. Wether you would be jailed for the offence or not would be entirely up to the magistrate.

You'd probably get a kicking from the police, but you would also gain a lot of fans Maybe even get a magazine deal ot your own cable TV programme if you play the media right.
Doubt if they would actually jail you.

If it was caught on camera, probably not, you'd get a slap on the wrists. If it was off camera, then yes, probably get jailed for assault.
But you are missing the point... one rotten egg? Why not the whole box?

Why dont you actually protest in a proper way rather than act like a fool and chuck stuff at people? Perhaps then someone may actually sit up and take notice of what you have to say

In all fairness he should have more than one thrown at him - otherwise it wouldn't be pelting really - I'd give some thought about other stale, fetid and nauseating vegetables and convestibles to throw at him - perhaps tomatoes and bits of mouldy cheese.
Had you considered putting him in stocks first ? These Labour PMs can be tricky to hit - why else did they call him 'Tricky Tony' ?

Probably, but keep safe and throw it at me instead. The police will just give me a crime number and I could claim for a new Saville Row suit.
