www.skype.com is free but it is not clear. I would recommend vonage www.vonage.com it is pretty cheap i tried it in kuwait it is so clear! the problem with skype is that it is not clear. You keep hearing echos in the background.

Get Skype if you want to call anyone in the world who also uses Skype on their PC. You will both need a good Headset & Microphone.

It may be cheap, but you can never call for free
