I am on the hormone implant, Implanon, and have not a had a period for over 2 years. Last month I was admitted to hospital with endometriosis and this month, I have really heavy, exceptionally painful, bleeding. I have also been throwing up a lot. Do I need to get this checked out or shall I just ride it out and see what happens? Have been bleeding for 5 days now and it is not getting any better! Also, not sure if this is linked or not but my bowel movements are erratic and there is a lot more volume than normal. Cheers!

Welcome to the club of 7 million American women who like you suffer endometriosis. The prestigious list includes Hillary Clinton, Sharon Stone, and a host of other celebrities. The endometriosis should be excised, that is the only cure. The names of the good excision doctors can be obtained from the Endometriosis Research Center. Just go to their website. You can also ask questions from the women there. They help and advise each other. You will not feel alone. Take care and get well soon.

This needs to be checked out by the dr. Yes, the bleeding could be related to your bowel, especially if there's the chance that you might have endometriosis on your bowels.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/8znQp
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Immediately, go to your local GP, but before you go make a quick note on all the things that have happened to you including the days, if you can remember. The more information you give to your doctor, the easier it will be for them to what the problem is and treatment.

it would not hurt to go to the doctor. you could be pregnant and having a miscarriage. if that is the case and you do not get it checked out you could catch a very bad infection.
