NOTE: the answer from d3m4196 is wrong because the orientation changes when you divide by a negative number.
The answer is x>2 NOT x<2

13-7x<-1
shift the 13 to the RHS
-7x<-14
multiply -1 to both sides, changing the direction
7x<14
divide by 7
x<2
