not the coming of the pre-ejaculate fluid since i already know that they dont feel it coming. i just want to know if they feel that the pre-ejaculate fluid has come out from them.

No, there's no feeling the clear lubricant coming or has left the penis. It absolutely does not feel like an orgasm. We have no control when the droplets appear. Usually it happens when we see something stimulating, partners stimulate us or or own stimulation.

Usually the pre-ejaculation fluids are so small in amount that I do not feel any come out at all. Although I know it does.

yup, it can be felt, but it depends though. usually if the male did not ejaculated in a while the stream of the pre-ejaculate fluid can be felt more. if the person does it often, he might and might not feel it.

If the penis is is not inserted in an orifice the pre ejaculate can be felt as a wetness on the head and/or running over onto the shaft.

That's odd that guys are saying they feel it. I never feel it. My GF said she can always tell when I'm about to climax because it comes out like one minute before. (She can tell this when giving oral obviously). I never knew. Never really paid attention.

yes it does come out and i feel it every time. it is sticky transparent fluid.
