Toucan live as cheaply as one can, yes, as long as they don't get in a flap and crow about every mouthful they swallow. If they do, I'd be inclined to tell them to gannet. I followed a budget once. I got lost. So I decided to read "Budget Jones Diary." Never pays to try to keep up with the Joneses.

But to answer your question. You know the old saying, "A bird in the hand is worth two in the Bush." I think this totally applies to your question. No! toucan not live as cheaply as one if we follow Bush's economic policies.
