What's you favorite cut, of what kind of meat?

After working as a firefighter, and those long periods in between fires, I perfected my tri-tip BBQ. Marinade it in soy, teriyaki, worcestershire, some seasoned salt and coarse pepper. Take a knife and poke holes all over it and jamb them full of garlic cloves. Magnifico! I couldn't really cook before CDF, but now I'm a damn chef. Once I had to BBQ t-bone steaks for about 40 people during a lightning containment assignment in my home unit. It sucked.

My family keeps meat consumption to a minimum and the guys at my husband's fire hall all love his meatless dishes. If you like I can provide you with some tasty recipes for next time you're on KP duty.
That's why I became a cop instead, hate to cook.

Stake or prime rib not matter what cut I love it.

Oh God, I was bad. Went to the local pub and had baby back ribs, prime rib enchiladas, and spicy homemade sausage, ear of corn, corn bread with honey butter, potatoe salad and a pint of the local brew or was that two?....Woops you said meat only.

Cut? Who cares about cut, I just love meat, any red meat.
I don't get near enough.
My daughter is a VEGETARIAN (a vegatarian for Gods sake - I seriously think I brought the wrong baby home from the hospital!) so I only have meat on the nights she is not at home!

I have to say the best meal ever was the Australian Coat of Arms - emu steak on one side, kangaroo on the other, on a bed of mashed potato and strawberry sauce. The only coat of arms you can legally eat in the world - YUMMY!!!!

I love beef, but it doesn't love me... it makes me very, very ill.
So, I have to say I like leg of lamb, pork ribs, and rotisserie cooked chicken, thighs.
