Go to your family doctor. Most such problems can be diagnosed/treated without a specialist, but if your problem is unusual, your own doctor can refer you to a specialist. Don't delay -- at your age this might be caused by diabetes, and untreated diabetes can be extremely serious. So please call your doctor NOW!

Get a checkup from your Dr. to rule out any organic or drug related causes (are you on an antidepressant drug?). If you are healthy you need to see a mental health professional
