there's such a thing as crude oil, but no such thing as crudest oil.
the only other meaning is when someone calls someone else the crudest person in the world or some other similar phrase. this means that the "crude" person mentioned has no manners at all, is rude (whether in a mean way or not), and totally disrespectful.

It usually means something said that is said bluntly and without thinking.
For example if I said your mother was fat, whether it be true or not, it was a crude thing to say.
Crude can also mean raw or undeveloped.
