I like being a girl...
my decision would be something other than a sex change for sure....
My question is....is now a good time for me to take a potentially life changing risk?

well your birthday has nothing to do with your decision that is out of the question.
having a sex change takes along time and i guess it's very hard to adapt to i would guess.
if you feel as if it's in your heart to be a girl then go to your local plastic surgeon and i'm sure they will be completely happy to help you.
