How do you like your steak cooked?

I like the peta special.... cooked so rare it's very bloody in the center.

Medium rare with that wonderful steak aroma and flavor oozing through the juices and meat. Cooked where you can dip a roll or piece of bread in the juices and "blood" that emanates from the succulent slab of beef. No steak sauce required, just the natural flavoring of the medium rare beef itself makes one feel like a true human being. Beef..it's what's for dinner!!!

Whatever it is that has the thin pink line . sometimes depending on my mood I get medium. Since I'm not a big red meat eater & don't want to be a hog I might eat steak once or twice a year. You REALLY have to pay good $$ for a good steak these days.

I just read your question aloud and my 18 year old said, "Why, are we having steak?" LOL

His answer was, "medium well pls" my answer is "medium rare...why waste such a good cut of steak?" Oh, is it filet or Ribeye and what time do we need to be there??? What may I bring with me?

barely.......Medium rare on the rare side of that....yummy....,if a steak is cooked beyond medium rare I just assume skip it,because I do not like the taste of meat if its anything over that.
