I would love to see my father..who passed away in 1989...of emphysema..I want him to know that I love him, even if I was such a terrible letter writer..but I also write a lot of poetry about him and I dedicate the poems to him and to all great dads and kids who love their dad's and or dad figures..etc,,,,

I also wish that some of my grandparents were still alive...and my father's only sister...etc,...I loved them very much..and they are very special to me! They are a part of who I am!

To those of you who are missing people that you love dearly and had accidents, or whatever...Just want you to know...I care...that's just the way that I am! I worry about people everywhere....when I was in the hospital last year...I worried about everbody that was groaning and sounded frightened...I didn't worry about me...that much! I was pretty sick,...but I would rather worry and help others instead of taking care of me...all of the time! I hope that time heals your grief...and to those who may have lost a person in this war in Iraq....you have my sympathy and support!

My Dad. He passed away in September, and I would give anything to have him back. He was kinda like the glue that held our family together.

My oldest brother was killed in a car accident a little over 20 years ago. He was killed instantly, so he didn't suffer, but I never had the chance to tell him I loved him. I still miss him terribly. A very good friend of mine died of a heart attack several years ago. It was a real shock! I would love to see her again and tell her how much I love her because I never told her and I wish I had now. Although I know I'll see them again I just really miss them.

My mother would be #1 on this list. She raised me by herself. She was my mother, my father, and my best friend! I lost 3 of the most important people in my life when she died.

Its wonderful, I mean your dedication and your love for them but you have to move on with your own life and your own future otherwise it just gets more painful spending so much time looking back.
Sorry.
God bless.

i am sorry for your loss, but i love your question.
i would have to pick more than one person because my love for them was equal........
daddy because i miss his humor, he always kept us laughing no matter what the situation. he died in 2004 at age 42.
grandma Dorothy, she loved me more than anything. i used to sit with her on the sofa and rub her soft hands while she told me stories. i can still feel her hands in mine and remember the softness if i try. she died in Jan. 2005 at age 67. i think she had a broken heart because of my daddy dying. then last but not least, paw paw Odell.
this man was a masterpiece of mankind. he was funny, loving, and very talented. every time i came to his house he would run to his room and grab his banjo or harmonica and make me his audience. i loved it and i would clap and sing with him. he died 11 months after grandma. he too died of a broken heart at age 80.
i will never feel a love as strong as the love i received from the three of them. i was blessed to have them for 23 years of my life.
i long to hug them and tell them i love them again and i will one day. thanks for letting me share a little piece of my story.
God bless.

If I could not keep them, then I would not want to see them, talk to them, hold them because when they were gone again, I would have to live through the pain of losing them all over again.
