It was established long ago that Superman makes his Clark Kent clothes out of special materials and treats them chemically so that he can compress them flat and slip them into a pocket in the lining of his cape. They’re not just regular shoes.

when clark kent changes to superman he wears his boots!!! the rest of his clothes, like his work shoes and suites, he usually drops it off to his house really fast.

tucked flat in his waistband in the small of his back.This is another reason he has to wear loose shirts and the jacket(remember, Clark can wear a jacket on a 100 degree day and not get hot).

thats a good question. he must wear them in his shoes. it must be really uncomfortable.
