1) if it is descent & interesting .
2) ofcourse i do write comments.
3) no points , i dont care for points & the prove is i ask a lot of questions , points really does not matter as long as u are with the cheerfull & helpful people out here !

1. You can rate when you are lvl 2. Just click the thumbs up/down.
2. After you chose best answer the comment box will appear just click it.
3. The point is... to go to another level, and gain some prize from Yahoo.
4. Coz it depends how good or interesting your Q&A is.

I give 5 stars to all best answers. After selecting best answer a box will appear for your comments. Points aren't really worth anything other than personal satisfaction and maybe a little credibility. Ask good questions and you'll get stars. Same with answers, say something helpful or funny and you'll get picked.

2. at the comment's box.
3. the advantages of being on the very high level and at the top among the tops.
4. i will give you stars, but if you want to be chosen for best answer, make sure you answer is the best!

I rate the answers by how well they either answer the serious question, or how funny they are on the silly questions.
I write comments about the answers, even though sometimes they may just be "thanks" in the space provided.
getting points allows you to be able to ask/answer more questions, vote for more best answers, etc.
I would star you if I thought your question was good, or very different than the many I have seen. Same for your answer. (see above for how you would get my vote for best)

No 1. Anyway I feel.
No 2. Rarely comment.
No 3. Points promote your level and your ego.
No 4. Just keep on answering, you will get some best answers sooner or later.
