Superman’s hair has lots of natural body. It’s more like fine titanium wires than normal hair. As for his face, he has super muscles in his face, too. That’s why the G forces don’t flatten his cheeks.
As far as why he doesn’t get bugs splat on his face while he’s flying, two words: heat vision. Can you say, Long range bug zapper…? I knew you could.

good question I guess because he was the man on steel(i would love to have his hair dresser)what I don't understand how no one knew clark was superman come on all he had was glasses on,so if I rob a bank was my glasses on then walk up and down the same street that the back was on with my contacts in(not my glasses) would the police know it's me?--GET REAL

Nah! He probably used the same hair gel Cameron Diaz did in "Crazy for Mary". Thats the kinda behavior from a guy who wears his tight on the outside.

it is how superman was first made through comic by the creator...or just to be funny, he put a lot of gel through his hair to make sure his hair doesn't get in the way while he flys xD

ha! that's funny. i guess it is super makeup and super gel. but it does make you wonder... why is that? no super hero, no matter how messy or bloody they're fighting, they never have a hair out of place.Hmmmm.......
