Does anyone know what pokemon are only obtainable on pokemon Diamond, and which are only on Pearl?

In Pokemon Diamond you can get Dialga. It is dragon and steel type. Dialga looks a little like a dog.

In Pokemon Pearl you can get Palkia It is dragon and water
type. It looks slightly a bird, chicken maybe?
