Wash your clothes and wrap yourself in a blanket. What were you planning to wear when your briefs got dirty????

As wrong as this is about to sound seriously rub your body all over. Keep moving to keep the blood circulation in your body so that should keep you warm. Put a blanket on top of youself that would help a lot too.
