Sometimes psychologist can't solve your problem, because they have talked to so many people who have problems, and resulting himself as someone who also need help.

Maybe your problem is not as big as he said, but he would make it a big deal. So, the answer is lie in yourself, not others.

your problem seem to arise from the trauma of your parent's dead, but the thing is, it has nothing to do with you. My father's mother died when he was 3, he goes to a fortune teller when he grows up, it wasn't that he is in guilt of his mother's dead, without he even speaks, the fortune teller told my father, his mother died when he was 3.

Do you see my point? I don't know if you believe in "destiny", but it happened, you must understand there are many things in the world that you can not control, all you can do is pray and try your best to get things done. Don't put too much pressure on yourself, relax, that is fate, it wasn't about you.

Yes that would probably help. Listen, maybe this would help; Understand that you make choices and all choices have consequence. You are in control of your life. Your reactions, thoughts, and so on, are all choices, which have consequence. Please by the book The Secret or get the DVD, it could change your life for ever. You do not need to change your self, you need to change the way you think.. The health of your mind is the most important thing in life.. " Whether a man believes he can or can not, either way he is right."

Sure, go get some counseling. It can help to air all that out. Just know that they don't tell you what you should do; it's not a cure-all. It's more a process of self-exploration. Your shrink will tell you to lay off the smokes though. Smoking actually increases anxiety. You should replace the smoking with exercise. Exercise is a great mood-lifter.

Yes, you need to consult a doctor. There are medications that will help you deal with your depression. Your doctor will probably refer you to a therapist that will discuss what you are feeling, and help you find the root of your problem. If he does not, ask him to. It is very important that you learn how to deal with your problems. It could get worse as you progress through life, especially in the event of a major life change.
