According to Kinsey who did a lot of research on sex, he thought the majority of people were bisexual, but depending on their upbringing, religious beliefs, sexual knowledge, and self-knowledge, most people would not act on their same-sex feelings. He thought some people really are completely heterosexual and some are completely homosexual, but the majority of people are in the middle range of the sexuality spectrum.
Since it's socially taboo in our society and many others for men to act on their sexual feelings towards men, less men are willing to risk the social stigma and outright violence that they can encounter. For some reason, in this society, women's sexual attraction to other women isn't seen as threatening, so it is less taboo, and is being acted on by more women and girls.
Good luck!

I don't know any women who are straight and are also attracted to other women. I am a straight woman, and I can tell you with certainty that I am not attracted to other women, nor have I ever fantasized about other women. I suspect that men who are aroused by the thought of lesbians are largely responsible for encouraging this myth.

I can't honestly say that I've ever been aroused by another woman. I can look at a woman and think that she's attractive but it doesn't mean I feel anything sexually for her and want to rip her clothes off!! And the same goes for men - some men are quite happy to say that another is good looking but it doesn't mean he feels sexual feelings for that man. It depends on how secure you are in yourself.

Heterosexual women are not aroused by other women. If they were, they would not be heterosexual, but bi or lesbian.
Where are you getting this idea from, anyway?

Heterosexual means an opposite gender attraction.
Lesbianism is when a lady attracted to another lady.
A bisexual woman is one attracted to both men and women.
Most women I know are heterosexual.

LOL. In the real world and not in feminist fantasyland, most women are attracted to men and men are attracted to women and neither harbor any "secret fantasies" about their own sex. There are homosexuals and bis, but they are the vast minority.

No. Most men ARE aroused by both...-You'll just never catch them admitting it... It's a male "thing".
