hes unappreciative hes disrespectful and also has an attitude and all after me and my husband have taken him in and out of a run down building that was taken most of his income and had mice in his apartment and me my husband and my mom went out of our way for him my mom bought him clothes furniture air bed and worked it out for him to move out two months before hes other lease was up his attitude is cummy runs up electricity keeps us awake and me and my husband put most of food and non food house hold stuff we all use. and hes lazy and a slob.

Tell him that you haven't said anything before because of your concern for him. Then tell him that you think that he taking advantage of yours and your husband's kindness. Explain that it is rude and inconsiderate for him to do the things he is doing (List them, He may not realize what you are talking about). Tell him that you don't want to ask him to leave, but that if this behavior continues you will have no choice.
If he doesn't answer with an apology, tell him that since he has no remorse, he will need to leave. Don't look back, he is no friend is he does not care that he has been a terrible guest, and inconvenienced you and your husband.

Well, you should just put him out. If there is any lease involved between you and him, you may need to go through the court and get an eviction that way. When it is time to finally make him go, you may need to ask that a police officer come and assist you.

He doesn't seem to appreciate anything you are doing for him, and he probably is just 'using you', so I'd just dump him onto the streets. Good luck. Be careful he doesn't hurt all of you, though.
