I would agree with the folks who suggest that you can do a lot better than this fella.
The real question isn't whether he will do all of that time. The REAL question is where will you be when he gets out.
If you're waiting at the gate to pick him up, then shame on you. Even if you already have a child by him, there are many, many better choices than to be there for this yahoo when he gets out.
Find a good counselor. Explore your options, for you have other (better) options whether you realize that you do or not.

He not a MAN... Men can control their urges and kinow right from wrong. He needs to GROW UP,he's not a naughty child., he's a CRIMINAL!!! 4 probation violations , they should give him the MAX ! Move on woman, you can do better than that loser.

Is D.V.I. Domestic Violence Institute?
If so, and he violated probation with a domestic violence complaint, he probably should.
If the victim is you, why do you stay. You could end up seriously hurt or dead.
