My sister has an account with Neopets and she was wondering if there is a way to figure out what birthdate she put in there, she told me she put in the birthdate of our dog, but no1 in our house remembers that date, it there a way to find it out.

hmmm.... when she registered in neopets, she put the dog's bdate instead of her's? nyahahha... the registration is asking for the birthdate of the account owner, not for the neopet...
so she's now having problem in logging in.. haha... have you tried to put her birth date in the log-in page? well if you do and it didn't work, i suggest you better make a new account.. im sorry... uhmm... maybe it's in her email...

Just make sure to be logged in. There you can change your password, your userlookup, etc. It also has the date of birth.

You could always just wait until they email you a "happy birthday" to whatever email you gave them.. however.. that will only give you the month and day.. but not the year...
