When we were kids my cousin invited us for dinner as it was the first meal she had made with no help from her Mom. It was spaghetti, and instead of 5 drops of Tobasco sauce, she put in 5 tablespoons! Phew that was hot. And our Mom made us eat the whole plate full.

I eat spicy foods all the time but I can't think of the spiciest! If it burns my mouth I just have a sip of water, then keep on eating!

I'm from Louisiana. Nothing is really spicy to us, except Habanero peppers.

curry chicken i think that's how you spell it.... hottest damn thing i have ever had in mouth, and it will ever, water didn't help i had to drink goats milk, which was worse cause I'm lactose intolerant. it was good, but the fire on my tongue and the fact i could use my eyes to breath, made it to where i will never ever eat that again!

a hot pepper from my garden. water would not help. it gave me a burning sensation all around my lips and tongue and only time would heal. woweee!
