I love it when my husband goes to work , bcause the house is silent and clean ..No Espn etc. Don't get me wrong I love sports and my hubby but sometimes we need our own free time from one another.

I have always wish to live together with my love, but I am always worried how things would be once we live together. There'd be a lot less privacy time, and I know there'd be a lot of things that he annoys me. So I totally agree with you that you enjoy the time alone when husband is away to work. It is not possible to enjoy 24 hours a day 7 a week together. Needing some time alone is understandable, but this is also a part of the growth of the relationship. Keep it up~

Honey, there is nothing wrong with wanting some you time. I know this sounds like a cliche, but absence makes the heart grow fonder. It can give ya'll a chance to have something to talk about, like how was the day and so on. If ya'll were together 24/7, ya'll would kill each other. So, to answer the question, yes, it is golden!!

Just wait till the kids come along and good-bye peaceful, clean house!! Silence becomes a thing of the past!

The best type of silence is that moment in your brain two seconds after a really good orgasm. When your mind goes completely blank!

Silence...yes! I love it when I'm alone sometimes, too. Peace and quiet, and time for myself, with a good cup of coffee.

Silence may not be golden, but the showers that I take sometimes are.

In that respect, yes silence is golden. But too much silence is horrific.

I know exactly what you mean, I love school days, and I enjoy my first hour in the morning, all alone, just having my breakfast and answering questions, just like now!!
