Well if you're a healthy weight than no you dont eat too much. You could try to incorporate some healthier choices though. Believe me, it really does make you feel better physically! Swimming or dancing (whatever you do) is GREAT exercise! Before I met my husband and had my daughter I would go out dancing almost every weekend with my friends (I LOVE to dance!) I wasnt even trying to lose weight but I lost lots. And got a little muscle too (it takes muscle to dance for so long!) I still dance just not at clubs anymore. I dance with my daughter. She loves to dance just like her mommy! However I'm usually dancing to Blue's Clues or something like that now. : )

Nope, not a lot of food but everything you are eating is very high in sugar (sweet sauce, oreos, choc milk, donuts flavored coffee, choc smoothie) and saturated fats (the bad fats-pizza, donuts, fries, mas, butter). Sorry, don't know wot hot cheetos are but how about eating more fresh fruit and vegies, lean meats and fish and chicken, nuts and seeds, wholegrain cereals and breads, cut back on milk and dairy and drink loads of water???

Not trying to be rude but theres no enzymes in this type of food that will provide you with all the nutrients essential to digestion, absorption and all over well being. Enzymes are necessary for the digestion of food, releasing valuable vitamins, minerals and amino acids which keep us alive and healthy.

Too much sugar and wheats in the diet will produce overall fatigue, due to lack of essential enzyme activity, acne breakouts and skin problems, headaches, bloating, constipation and even fungal infections. In order to survive, yeasts need to consume substances such as sugars and fats thus a diet such as this would cause them to thrive.

Wow!! You're very dedicated to your health with all the fabulous exercise you do, that's fantastic. You are doing you're body a whole world of good. You do need to add some fresh fruit, salads, vegies to your diet though because your body so needs the living enzymes in these foods for your continued good health............................CHEERS

It seems like your metabolism can handle it. The exercise helps too. I used to have a very high metabolism. I once spent 3 months eating 6000 calories a day and never gained a pound. Now I can do about 3500 without gaining weight. (10 years later).

It depends on if your overweight or you become ill. If your not endangering your life then eat all you want. Eating is good for you if it's in moderation compared to your metabolism, but yea, looking at your food choices, it's not eating a lot that's your problem, it's eating unhealthy. That's stuff isn't that bad until you start eating it every week without anything healthy. Moderation will help you out.

I wouldn't say its a lot of food.. its just a lot of unhealthy food. But, if your'e a swimmer & you're young, u should be fine b/c your burning a lot of calories & you're going to need food that gives you quick energy. My Advice is: Try to eat foods that are energy & nutrient-rich b/c you don't want to get accustomed to eating bad foods; as you get older its harder to kick bad habits. Good things to eat before swimming are pasta, oatmeal, whole wheat toast, eggs, a sub-type sandwich, peanut butter sandwiches... then to keep your energy up while your swimming, eat light easy to digest foods like: apples, oranges, Bananas, raisins, pears, power bars, pretzels, if you've got a sweet tooth, drop the donuts & have something like a fruit roll-up or granola bar. keep yourself hydrated w/ sport drinks.

I dont know if its you eat alot but what you eat is not good for energy.you need to cut out some of that sugar for something else like carbohydrates in the morning before you exercise
