C'mon, kid, surely you know what to do? If your textbook(s) cover them, you read about each, look for similarities and differences, and write those up. If they don't, you look each of them up in Wikipedia.org, look for similarities and differences, and write those up. For better credit--and more reliability!--you read significantly more than just the Wikipedia entries.
Or if you don't mind cheating, and you're sure your teacher won't catch you, you find one of the sites that sell pre-written term papers and buy a relevant one. This is unethical, sinful, and stupid--you learn nothing about history, and not much about commerce--but it might actually work.
What you do NOT do is simply ask here. This section is for homework HELP, not homework substitution. Even if it somebody answers here, the answer almost certainly will be both shorter and more insightful than your teacher expects from you. So in all probability, posting here WON'T work.

Well one was centered in G. Britain and the other in the U.S. and Germany. The first industrial revolution was important for the inventions of spinning and weaving machines operated by water power which was eventually replaced by steam. This helped increase America’s growth. However, the second industrial revolution truly changed American society and economy into a modern urban-industrial state.
