Please help me identify some rhetorical devices found in "The Red Badge Of Courage". If you could cite your pages or provide me with anything on the author's style that would be great.

Yes, I perused the book and no I am not asking anyone to do my homework. I just need a few basic rhetorical devices as examples to help me understand the style of Stephen Crane.

That book was awsome! I read it in 8th grade. I liked the part when the ant was carring a peice of that dead soldiers lip.

This reeks of a homework assignment to me. Did you actually read the book? If so do you know what rhetorical devices are? Then do your homework. My edition is different than yours I am sure and the page numbers wont match. We are here to discuss books and authors and answer questions - not do your assignments. It is a very small book and an easy read. You should have no trouble with it. Pax - C.
