my mom and i just bought it a month ago, maybe
we tried it for the first time yesterday, because it took about 3 or 4 weeks to get here, and watch the price! you cant talk to a real person, so apparently it said i agreed to all this stuff and it charged me extras n charged $23 for shipping, if you call and fight it they'll take care of it
however, the actaully work out, i work out a lot generally by myself doing sit-ups and stuff so i didnt feel too much from the work out, but my mom felt it a lot.
its working muscle against muscle and you can really feel the burn when your doing it, and its very simple and quick to do!
i so far recommend it, im actually gettin ready to do my second day now! lol

The secret is that you are not very shapely. Please do not take offense. You should probably reshapre yourself naturally by going to the gym, it is probably a better use of your money to get a gym membership.
