Eat more high calorie foods. Drink some of those Boost or Ensure drinks between meals. Believe it or not, muscle weighs more than fat, so working out may be beneficial as well.

Are you clinically underweight and malnourished? It is possible to be healthy and have a low weight because of genetic/hereditary reasons.

Consult a good GP and then embark on a weight increase programme.

first thing is protein shake. If you dont feel like consuming them then add a lot of fat to your diet. Eat high calorie food. Dont do any hard physical labour. Hope all this might help you.

just add two cheese slice in your meal every day..
drink milk alot...
for sure this is the simplest method

well u could drink protein shakes. they might taste nasty but its worth it. my aunt is skinny as he** and we were going to give her protein shakes to drink to help her gain weight
