I was wondering if anyone had tips on dealing with morning sickness at work, because it is very debilitating to me and my co-workers and managment are having trouble dealing with it. They feel I should be able to just deal with it. (Mind over matter type of attitude) As you may know this is not always possible. Any tips?
Please no sarcastic comments/answers. I am dealing with enough right now. Thank you. :)

Try small snacks of dry crackers. Black tea (if you drink it normally) can help. Ginger, in either tablet form (e.g. Blackmore's Travel Calm), or as a tea is a natural anti-nausea medicine. Avoid greasy foods, large meals, spicy foods, and alcohol. And if your job requires you to sit at a desk, stand and do some gentle stretching to prevent the pressure on your abdoman from bending over.
Hope this helps and remember this stage doesn't last forever.

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. shame on your co-workers! have none of them been pregnant? i would suggest to nibble on saltines before you even get out of bed...try to allow plenty of time before you go to work so you're not having to be in a hurry or rushing to get ready and go to work...the less stressful, the better...hopefully it will get better soon ...ginger is great, too ;0)

Ginger. Ginger tea, Ginger Ale (Vernors), or I just got my wife some crystallized ginger that helped.

Carry saltine crackers in your pocket to munch every time you start to feel sick.
