What pointers could I offer my naturally nervous & understandably apprehensive brother in order for him to nail the position on his first shot at job interviews?

This is what he has always told me... it is an inside joke in the business to make fun of the fudge looking like tiny turds, so tell him to make a joke about the turd making machine. This will show his boss that he is a laid back guy who knows some inside information about the industry. Whatever you do, dont make a joke about cat turds though,, they are too runny, which is insulting to the fudge makers.
