depends if they are married and if his name is on the birth cert... but the court will order DNA testing if not... and the truth will come to light.

Contact the District Attorney's office quickly. I don't know the law in your state, but in CA if you pay for two years, the child is yours no if's and's or but's. If he has been paying and can get the order stopped he needs to take the gal to court to repay the money he has invested in the child.
