I have a 1987 z-28, and I just had the front rotor's and brake's changed. Now, It is grabbing after I press the brake. After a couple minutes, they realease. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the calipers needed to be cleaned. THis is not a usual task that is done. It'll run a couple of hundred to have them rebuilt but you'll ruin the new brakes if you don't

.Your car has a collapsed flexible brake line in the front. Replace both left and right flexible brake lines to the caliper.
This is a very common GM problem.

check your brake fluid lines. is it pulling one direction.

i dont understand....if they are grabbing isnt that what they are suppose to be doing?.....
