What would happen if you stop warming up bottles at 4 months old. It seems to agree with her but everyone keeps telling us not to do that.

Technically, warming up the bottle isn't necessary, not even for a newborn. It's really more a personal preference for baby. My baby never had a warm bottle, I tried giving him a warm bottle and he spit it up, he always took the cold ones easier.

Bottom line, if baby is happy with cold bottles, then by all means. You won't do her any harm.

Warming a bottle is not a neccesity, its really more of a personal taste for the baby. Some babies only drink warm milk. Most babies however will take room temperature bottles. I fed my daughter room temp bottles at the hospital and continued at home using bottled water. So it will definately not hurt your child to not warm up the bottle if she will take it.

I have a 3 1/2 week old and I don't warm his bottles. I use nursery water and it's left out so it's room temp. I've read tons of articles where you don't have to warm baby's bottles. Only reason I've even attempted to is if I have one that I've put in the fridge and I warm it in a water bath until it's back to room temp.

Most of the people you will encounter in real life will always have their say so in how to raise your child. It's annoying isn't it?

My daughter is 8 months old, and I warm her bottle up to just above room temperature because I use the liquid concentrate (the kind that you have to add water to) and they are stored in the fridge. She doesn't like her bottles cold, but she doesn't like them at room temperature, just a slight bit warm.

I think it just varies from baby to baby really.

Some people never warm their babies bottles, it's totally up to you. My daughter just seemed to prefer it. But after a while I would just mix it at room temp. I wouldn't necessarily make it with cold water, just because it wouldn't mix well. But there is no rule that you have to warm it first.

each infant is diverse.... whilst my brother replaced into an infant my mom had a heck of a time feeding him fo thr first month.. She could heat his bottle and he could lolligag around no longer feeding till it cooled to room temp... then he could feed yet in basic terms reluctantly.. One night whilst she replaced into exceedingly sleep deprived she took the botle from the refrigerator and forgot to heat it.. to her amazement he drank it down suitable away... She in basic terms positioned it at the same time day after today whilst she warmed his bottle and he did no longer take it lower back... She have been given a 2nd and tried immediately from the refrigerator and he ate like mad... After consulting his pediatrician and being informed chilly milk wouldnt harm him she in no way lower back warmed his bottle... pondering he's now 39 yrs previous and six'4" tall the chilly milk replaced into merely wonderful... Your superb wager is to bypass with what your baby prefers... some babys like it heat, some room temp and others chilly...

Just warm it less each time, she will eventually get used to it cold! I never warmed my kids bottles, it just makes it harder if you are out and about. I really don't think they mind.

Why? Our son never drank his bottles warm. If they have acid reflux issues, then room temperature is best or as close to it as possible.

never warmed my babies bottle...its actually more dangerous to your baby if you warm the bottle as you might warm it too much and they burn their mouth.
