The cucumber...not considering what my best friend used to do with them!!!
Taters, but of course, after I have washed them, rubbed them down with olive oil, garlic and sea salt, wrapped them in foil and then baked them @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes...YUM!!!
Apples...nah, I never have liked apples.

Only if the cucumber came wrapped in plastic. Sometimes I eat the potato peel, I hate apples. But, yes, the skin is suppose to be filled with more nutrients and definitely more fiber.

Of course!
Cucumber, potato & apple (peel).
Sometimes even the babana, the orange, the coconut & the kiwi (peel) when I feel really hungry.

Don't eat potatoes but i would eat the skin if i did.
Don't eat cucumbers and if i did i still wouldn't eat the skin.

I definitely eat the peel to all of the above.
And all the nutrients are definitely in the peels. Eat them. Yum!

I also eat Kiwi peel...yummy!
