Scrible all over a paper, blindly. Make a mess and try not to draw anything. When your done, sit back and just look at the scribles you made.
Look around the mess of the lines and you'll start to see things....your mind will automatically try to make sense of it.
Perhaps some of the lines connect together to create something. You may see many pictures or things on the same sheet.
Make sense? I hope this helps...good luck

Three kids sitting on the curb coping their homework for the next day with a forth peering over their shoulder. I seen this for real and wished I had a camera as it would have made a wonderful life picture.

i love drawing everything from graffiti, cartoons, black & white sketches, mythical creatures, abstract designs, whatever but all of my scribbles have some sort of meaning or say something about me-- think about what you want people to interpretate in your drawing, what do you wanna say? what are you feeling in this moment? put yourself in the drawing figuretively.
