Silicone cap. But before you go swimming, get your hair wet and put conditioner in it. DO NOT WASH IT OUT, put the cap on, and go swimming. :)
The conditioner will block the chlorine.

A swim cap won't keep your hair dry but it will prevent is from getting as wet as it would without a cap. Silicon is your best bet, the latex will grab and pull more on dry hair and damage it that way.
Good luck!

sorry but there is no such thing as keeping your hair dry but you might try wearing 2 swim caps it keeps it a little more dry but not the bottom part. Trust me i had 2 perms and then i swam neither time did they stay dry. your best bet is to just stay out of the water.

Swim caps don't keep your hair dry. :( i know, it sucks. definetley go with tight fitting silicone. putting on a cap when your hair is dry hurts anyway!!! lol i've been on swim team for 7 years and i still haven't found a way to swim without getting my hair wet!!

use a silicone cap, they are more expensive than latex caps but are much easier to get on and more effective at keeping hair dry. latex caps pull your hair and break a lot more often, so you really wouldn't save much money anyway due to replacing them more often.

Any latex or silicon cap will do. You just want to have one that fits snuggly on your head without cutting off the circulation. I found the latex on works the best.
