How do you escape ?

I just think of all the good things in my life....and i think how i would be if i didn't have any of those things...and i just go to my happy place...and pray to god everything will be ok.

escape means being burried, trapped means alive and livin life.

im in the process of escaping.. but the real relief comes when the life is ended... for now i have my outlet other wise...

yes and I have finally learned to speak up for myself. W/ the help of a wonderful counselor to talk with,and give me some guidance.

I did once. After my sentence was up they released me. I didn't have to escape.

yes. you can never escape. thats just how it works. its this never-ending circle of things we do in life and we can never feel truly free.

I always feel like that....I escape through sleepin, drinking, and taking long showers....

I find something I love and immerse myself in it for a little while, such as horseback riding or martial arts.
