You apparently mean the California STAR test results. So I'm assuming you're a California resident.
From what I've read over several decades, they care *somewhat* about your scores on any test. If you're uniformly awful on all tests (or the only one submitted), but have an explanation--diagnosed dyslexia, whatever--it might not matter. If you're just not very good, read on.
They care MORE about your courses, your extracurricular activities, your essay (if they ask for one), your recommendations, and even where you live--they like to have geographical as well as other diversity, so you might actually have a little advantage applying to, say, a good Midwestern school!
One other thing: Given that most of the people evaluating your application will be much older than you, you will get points--possibly subconscious--if you spell and punctuate like a literate adult. E.g., your question would be:
I'm in high school. Do colleges really care about your STAR test results, even good ones like Stanford, Princeton, etc.? Thanks!

i'm not addressing all your questions, yet could recommend: a million. arising solid study conduct, 2. getting the ideal grades you may, 3. collaborating in extra desirable-curricular activities to strengthen right into a properly-rounded man or woman, and, 4. do not beat your self up over figuring out on the instant on your existence's paintings . i'm in basic terms guessing, yet think of which you have till the top of your sophomore 365 days in undergraduate college to verify on. although, determine you examine the scientific college catalog to establish which you're taking the pre-considered necessary classes.
